Refund policy

At Yunza Florist, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. 

We offer same-day delivery to Toronto, Durham Region, Peel Region, and York Region. 

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Deliveries will typically be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate preferred delivery times, but specific time requests are only guaranteed if explicitly agreed upon.

2. Recipient Availability

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the provided delivery address during the delivery window.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, we may:
    • Leave the flowers in a safe location (if possible and safe).
    • Leave the flowers with the neighbors/colleagues.

3. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Severe weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect same-day delivery. We will contact you to discuss possible options or delays in such cases.

4. Order Modifications

  • To guarantee same-day delivery changes to an order (such as the delivery address or bouquet details) must be made at least one hour before the cut-off time (1:00 PM).
  • Modifications after this time may result in the order being rescheduled for next-day delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for same-day delivery can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, as the order may already be in progress.

6. Substitution Policy

  • In the event of last-minute inventory changes or seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of similar style and value to ensure timely delivery.

7. Second Attempt 

  • We do not offer second-attempt deliveries. If the recipient cannot accept the order, we will leave the order in a safe location. 
  • Please include the correct address, unit number, buzz number, and phone number to avoid any issues. 

8. Returns 

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom-made arrangements, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes with clear photos, and we will review your case promptly.

 9. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds, returns or store credits for any delivered orders. 

10. Product Information & Customer Responsibility

  • Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
  • At Yunza Florist, we offer a variety of products, including fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and artificial arrangements. Each product type is clearly stated on our website.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product details and ensure they understand what they are purchasing.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on misunderstandings about the type of product ordered.

11. Incorrect & Incomplete Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including unit number, buzzer code, and contact phone number.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The order will be returned to our store.
  • A redelivery fee will apply.
  • If the order is canceled due to an incorrect address, the delivery fee will still be charged, as delivery was already attempted.
  • If the order is canceled due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a partial refund will be issued, less the delivery fee and 50% of the product value, to cover preparation and handling costs.

    We strongly recommend double-checking all delivery details at checkout to ensure timely and successful delivery.
