Same-Day Delivery Policy

The standard $10 delivery fee applies to Same-Day Delivery and Standard Next-Day Delivery. 

At Yunza Florist, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. 

We offer same-day delivery to Toronto, Clarington Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, Peel Region, and York Region. For any other cities, towns, and provinces outside our local same-day delivery coverage area, we will use our affiliate florist to fulfill the orders on the next business day. 

Specific remote locations are excluded from same-day delivery and are subject to cancellation. 

What is Same-Day Delivery?

Same-day delivery is a service provided by Yunza florist that allows you to order a floral arrangement and have it delivered on the same day. This can be a convenient option for those occasions when you need a gift in a hurry or simply want to brighten someone's day with a spontaneous gesture. We offer same-day delivery for funeral arrangements, birthday bouquets, sympathy arrangements, and other occasions.

Same-Day Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Timeframe

• Deliveries will typically be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• We will make every effort to accommodate preferred delivery times, but specific time requests are only guaranteed if explicitly agreed upon.

2. Recipient Availability

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the provided delivery address during the delivery window.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, we may:
  • Leave the flowers in a safe location (if possible and safe).
  • Leave the flowers with the neighbors/colleagues.

3. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

• Severe weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect same-day delivery. We will contact you to discuss possible options or delays in such cases.

4. Order Modifications

• To guarantee same-day delivery changes to an order (such as the delivery address or bouquet details) must be made at least one hour before the cut-off time (4:00 PM).
• Modifications after this time may result in the order being rescheduled for next-day delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for same-day delivery can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, as the order may already be in progress.

6. Substitution Policy

• In the event of last-minute inventory changes or seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of similar style and value to ensure timely delivery.

7. Second Attempt 

• We do not offer second-attempt deliveries. If the recipient cannot accept the order, we will leave the order in a safe location. 
• Please ensure that you include the correct address, unit number, buzz number, and phone number to avoid any issues.
