1) What is your Delivery Area?
Our shop locally serves the following cities and surrounding areas:

2) Can you deliver to a funeral home?

5) What's your substitution Policy?
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, substituting certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet or orchids, we will try to match the flower type but may substitute it with another color.
6) Do you deliver to other provinces?
Yes, we do deliver to all provinces across Canada! While our primary delivery areas are within the GTA, we use our affiliated florists to fulfill and deliver your orders to locations outside of our direct delivery coverage. This ensures that your beautiful arrangements reach loved ones no matter where they are in the country. If you have any specific delivery requests or questions, please get in touch with us!
