How can I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Simply browse our collections, add your favorite flowers to the cart, and check out securely.
Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Yes! We love creating personalized designs for orders going to Toronto and the GTA. You can request specific flowers, colors, or styles by leaving a note at checkout or contacting us directly at sales@yunzaflorist.com. Please note that for deliveries outside of our local area, we work with affiliate florists, and customization or special requests may not always be guaranteed.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery across Toronto, Clarington, Durham Region, Halton Region, Peel Region, and York Region. Orders must be placed before our daily 4:00 pm cut-off time.

City of Toronto: Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, York, East York, Old Toronto

York Region: Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket, King, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Whitchurch-Stouffville

Durham Region: Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, and Clarington

Peel Region: Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon

Halton Region: Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills

Clarington: Bowmanville, Courtice, and Newcastle.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside the GTA?

Yes! Beyond Toronto and the GTA, Yunza Florist works with affiliate florists across Canada.

Please note: Customization may not always be guaranteed outside the GTA.

What are your delivery fees?
We charge a standard $10 delivery fee for all local orders within Toronto and the GTA. Fees outside the GTA vary depending on partner florists.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes, you can request a delivery date or time by adding a note at checkout or contacting us at sales@yunzaflorist.com.

Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit, and Interac e-Transfer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before delivery. Same-day orders cannot be canceled once processed.

Flower Care

How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most fresh flowers last 5–7 days. Premium flowers may last longer. Keep them in a cool place, refresh water every 1–2 days, trim stems diagonally, and keep floral foam moist.
Do your flowers come with a vase?
Most arrangements can be purchased with a vase. Check product descriptions for details.

During holidays, substitutions are more likely. We preserve the style and theme, substitute with equal or greater value items, and recommend placing holiday orders at least one week in advance.
